Legal Guarantees

As a legally established and registered construction company in Spain, all our projects are covered by the guarantees stipulated by the Building Act (Ley de Ordenación de la Edification – LOE):

1-year warranty for finishes and completion elements
3-year warranty for defects affecting habitability.
10-year warranty for structural defects compromising the mechanical resistance of the building.

These guarantees are not an optional extra: they are your right as a client and our commitment as responsible builders.

Public Liability Insurance

We hold Public Liability Insurance that covers third-party damages during the execution of works. We always work under a signed contract before starting any project, with the scope, deadlines, and budget clearly defined

Pay-by-Execution Model

You pay as your project progresses.

At Construcció Girona, we apply a payment system tied to the actual progress of the construction work. The client finances the materials for upcoming work in advance: each payment corresponds to an executed and verified phase. This protects your investment and gives you complete control over your money at all times.

For us, it is the only honest way to work.
